3 colour rice! (Jap food) plus miso soup

Ingredients (for 6 ppl)

cooked medium grain rice

2 bunch of veggies (any kind up to u)

6 eggs

500g minced meat

sakae

dashii ( jap fish stock)

soy sauace

sugar

milk

miso

water

seaweed (wakame)

dried chinese mushrooms

For the meat

Fry the meat in a deep pan until just cook, add water to cover the meat. Add 2 tablespoon of sakae, 2 to 3 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 4 tablespoon of sugar. Boil until meat is just moist. (adjust flavourings according, the outcome shld be sweet and savoury)

For the egg

Beat 6 eggs in bowl, adding 1.5 teaspoon of dashii, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of milk. Fry in pan and scramble it

For the veggies

Fry it with oyster or hosin sauce

For the miso soup.

ab 4 cups of water, with 2 teaspoon of dashii, add soaked seaweed and dried mushroom and bring to boil. change the stove fire to a small one, add miso according to your taste. Impt, miso cant be boiled if not the freshness of it will be gone. You can add silken tofu if you wish.

What i think

i think it taste best if the meat is beef. if not chicken will do fine. It a very simple and typical jap meal that i learnt from my ex jap housemates!
